Step 1:
Browse the online preview, read the catalogue and auction rules, and choose the auction objects of interest。
Step Two:
Be sure to visit the auction preview site to see the auction objects up close。(For further information on the status of the auction object or inquiries regarding the auction, please contact the relevant business manager。）
* Special note: The Company cannot guarantee the authenticity and/or quality of the auction object, and does not assume the liability for the defect of the auction object。Bidders should take notice before the auction dateMake or otherwise examine the original objects of the auction objects to be bid for in person, and judge the authenticity and/or quality of the auction objects by themselves。
Step Three:
Choose the bidding method: on-site bidding, commissioned bidding or real-time online bidding。
■ Live bidding:
（1） Provide relevant documents, sign the bidding agreement, and go through the bidding registration procedures;
The following documents must be provided when registering for the on-site auction.And the Company has the right to check the contents of the following documents in a way that the Company considers reasonable
个人：Valid identity card or passport or other valid identity documents recognized by the People's Republic of China;When entrusting others to handle the matter on their behalf, an entrustment shall be providedThe Power of Attorney issued by the Party and the principal shall be validPhotocopy of ID card, original valid ID card of agent。
单位：When the legal representative comes to handle the matter, he shall provide the Legal Representative's identity Certificate issued by the unit, the original valid identity certificate of the legal representative, and the copy of the business license of the unit (with the official seal);
When dealing with non-legal representative, it shall provide the Power of attorney issued by the unit, the copy of the valid identity certificate of the legal representative (with the official seal), the original copy of the valid identity certificate of the agent, and the copy of the business license of the unit (with the official seal).。
* If the agent fails to provide written proof to the Company before the auction date and is approved by the Company in writing that he is the agent of a bidder,则每名agentAll are deemed to be bidders themselves。
* Customers who participate in the Company's auction for the first time should fill in the "Customer Credit Status Survey Form" and must be bid by the bidder himselfRegistration procedure。
（2） 交纳Security deposit,领取Bidding for license plates;
* Special note: If you entrust others to pay the deposit or purchase price, you must provide: copy of the identity certificate of the payer and "Payment Confirmation", if the payer is a unit, the above-mentioned documents must be stamped with the official seal。Where payment is made by swiping the card, the payer must swipe the card in person;Payment by remittance, if "Payment for XX auction lot on behalf of XX Buyer" is indicated in the note/purpose of the money order, no Confirmation of Payment is required.。
■ Bidding by proxy: If bidders are unable to attend the auction in person, they may entrust the Company to bid on their behalf in writing。
（1） Please download, print and fill inLetter of authorization for bidding。Please fill in your personal details, catalogue number and title of the lot you wish to bid on。
If you need to bid by phone, please be sure to leave your accurate telephone contact information。
To place a bid, please indicate your highest bid price (excluding commission) at the end of each bid.。After the authorization form is filled in,须由Signed by the bidder himself。
（2） Please send written documents by fax/email/Courier/registered mail or on-site deliveryLetter of authorization for biddingAnd the payment of the bid depositCopy of certificate。
Customers participating in our auction for the first time are also required to provide their own valid ID card。
* Special Note: Bidders should read carefully the notes and exemption clauses of the authorization letter before issuing the written authorization letterEtc.内容。
■ Real-time online bidding: If bidders are unable to attend the auction in person, they can also participate in the auction that has opened a special online bidding session by means of real-time online bidding。Please see the Online Bidding Guide for details。
Step 4:
Visit the auction site to learn about the important announcements made at each event before the auction。
Step five:
Bid on auction objects。If the bid is successful, confirm and sign the "Sale Confirmation/Auction record" on site.。
Step six:
Bring the "Transaction Confirmation/Auction record" to the settlement center to pay the purchase price (including the buyer's commission, the company is currently implementing the commission preferential plan).。
* Special note: If you entrust others to pay the deposit or purchase price, you must provide: a copy of the identity certificate of the payer and the Confirmation of Payment on behalf of others.
If the payer is a unit,The foregoing documents shall be stamped with official seal。Where payment is made by swiping the card, the payer must swipe the card in person;Payment by remittance, if "Payment for XX auction lot on behalf of XX Buyer" is indicated in the note/purpose of the money order, no Confirmation of Payment is required.。
* Note on invoice issuance
If the buyer needs to issue an invoice, the name of the buyer in the invoice shall be consistent with the name of the buyer, and the Company shall be contacted within the month when the payment of the lot is settled
VAT general invoice issue。Overdue will not be processed。
The buyer shall provide the correct billing information。Once the invoice is issued, the company cannot provide replacement invoice service。
Step 7:
After settlement, the buyer shall hold"Buyer's Bill (Delivery copy)" and the following documentsGo to the delivery office for delivery procedures, and the Company has the right to check the contents of the following documents in a way that the Company considers reasonable。
个人：Valid identity card or passport or other valid identity documents recognized by the People's Republic of China;

The bonded lots are from overseas or Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions, in the bonded state, can not be picked up at the auction site。When the bonded lot is brought into the Chinese customs, the buyer shall pay import duties and other taxes。For details, please refer to the Bonded Lot Bidding Instructions.。
